As Lids’ loyalty program continued to grow, the digital experience supporting Lids Access Pass began to fall short. The program promised exclusivity, speed, and seamless access to perks—yet the underlying Magento platform made it increasingly difficult to deliver on that promise.

Lids Access Pass relied on a complex and fragmented backend setup, leading to:
