The Challenge
When we began the redesign of Headbanger Sports' Shopify store, several challenges needed to be addressed to enhance the customer experience and streamline operations. The existing loyalty and reviews programs were outdated, lacking the engagement potential that modern tools offer. To solve this, we integrated Yotpo, a robust platform for managing customer reviews and loyalty rewards. Additionally, the site lacked dynamic upsells throughout the user journey, which we tackled by incorporating Rebuy, enabling personalized product recommendations. We also managed the migration to Shopify B2B, implementing custom functionalities to meet the needs of their wholesale business. The overall site design was outdated and cluttered with unnecessary apps, so we focused on removing redundant tools and optimizing site speed for better performance. These challenges provided a unique opportunity to transform both the visual and functional aspects of the store, setting it up for future growth.

Mobile-First Shopping Approach: As mobile shopping continues to dominate eCommerce, we prioritized optimizing the site’s functionality across all devices.
